Keeps it hot

Zojirushi makes really good products. I wanted a glass lined carafe for morning coffee that was also easy to dispense the coffee. This hits the mark with the push down top to allow coffee to flow and press it again to seal the heat in. This was pricey, but worth the money. Easy to rinse out, including the top. Some staining of the white plastic interior of the top but I’m ok with that. The interior glass gets stained from the coffee but adding a little bit of dishwasher detergent and fill it with water, let sit for an hour and use a bottle brush to remove any stubborn coffee stains, rinse and ready to go. Never immerse into tub of water! Recommend to anyone who wants hot coffee that’s easy to use.

Keeps coffee good and hot all day

Good quality and great brand. The only thing is the silver is not like a stainless steel, it’s what I would call grey.

Keeps the coffee hot all day

Keeps the coffee hot nearly overnight if you brew a late afternoon pot. Works great since I didn't want to keep the coffee carafe on the electric coffee maker heater (cooking the coffee). Can't fit a hand inside to scrub but you likely don't need to do that much so long as it is just coffee, tea or water stored in the carafe.

Very fine vaccum carafe

I replaced a stainless steel-lined thermos jug because my morning coffee didn't stay hot all that long. This carafe looks much nicer, holds more, and insulates better. Even with the glass-vacuum lining, it still doesn't retain coffee to the temperature range I prefer for more than a couple hours. From reading reviews etc., my expectations were for most of the working day. Hence the downgrade to just four stars.

Good performance and looks, although colour is a bit off from ad (vid included)

The media could not be loaded. The only "complaint" I have is that the colour is way off from the picture. Whereas every pic has the metal part be this kind of coppery colour, "in the flesh" it's more of a bronzy sort of brown that's not very distinct from the plastic (this matches up fairly well). The video i've included gives a better idea on this Other than that, I've been pretty happy. It's still good looking, arrived on a timely manner and serves the job very well. Pretty happy with the purchase over all.

Thermal carafe committed to maintaining the status quo

Well-constructed glass-liner vacuum carafe does a great job of maintaining the status quo. Hot stuff stays hot, and cold stuff stays cold – even works for warm or lukewarm or cool things! If you are committed to temperature change, do not count on the Zojirushi Glass Vacuum Carafe, 1.0 Liter.

Good quality

Personally I found it a bit small for my use case. It's nice looking and better build quality than their stainless one. Loses heat fairly quickly. About average heat retention in my experience. But since it's only 1 liter it's not a big issue. Love the glass interior.
