Not a great fit but Im glad I got this one..

I assume its working, wont know till we get a big lightening storm! But its been 2-3 months and all good so far. . It does not fit my older Zareba fence charger, but the labeling was clear that it did not bolt up directly. After looking at the other styles and comments of other products, this was definitely the pick of the litter.

So far, so good

Works good so far! Just went through a couple of storms with lightning and my fence is still working. It fit perfectly on my Zareba 100 mile box. Easy hook up.

Indicator light quit but functions well on a small garden

The indicator light that confirms function quit within a year--we use the clicking sound. It is sensitive to anything that grounds the circuit unintentionally. Have not tested its reach beyond a 30 x 40' garden. Must unplug to deactivate unless additional items purchased. If you are in a lightening prone area, be sure to read your warranty and that of any lightening device.

Protects fence charger

Zereba fence charger is still working after close by lightening strikes, so the Storm Guard must be working!

Expensive.. But I had to replace the one on my charger that didn't stop a lightning strike..
