Glitter

If you hate glitter, do not buy these since they are covered in it and it sheds everywhere. The wreaths are pretty and of decent quality, but are small and set very low on your pillar candle. It fit my 3" pillars with room to spare, so I think it would fit a 4". I returned because I hate glitter and the mess it makes.
