Nice and stiff, though they were dirty.

These come individually wrapped in Chinese language packaging. One of them had some kind of dirt mark, the other was fine. Once you wash them, they work quite well. They're fairly stiff and great for dividing dough and scraping flour/dough off a bench. Not as good quality (i.e. stuff and thick) as the pro stuff from TMB/SFBI, but it does the job and is more convenient to order thru Amazon.

I’m giving this a five star, although I was never able to use them! UPS left my package outside, when I have a warning left there! My dog got to it first!

Flexible and durable

These things are great for scraping grease off sheet pans, very flexible. Not sure how they'd fair against dough, I've always used metal for that.

Very useful in the kitchen

I use these a lot for both scraping the countertop and for dividing dough into individual pieces when making dinner rolls. I feel like a professional! So much better than using a knife, which was all I had before. Very cheaply priced but does the trick.

Nicely weighted in the hand

Very cheap to purchase and useful every time I cut dough to make bread rolls. I haven't used it to cut pizza nor pastry.
