Gets wind knots

Line is about as good as any other braid. It’s strong and easy to tie.line is not inexpensive and Gets just as many wind knots as cheaper braid. I’ll save some money on my next purchase of braid.

My favorite braid.

I've used Fins windtamer on most of my reels for several years now. It's very good stuff. My only "WTF" moment so far with it was when two lines got tangled and when I pulled on the knot it somehow cut the braid. I've picked out tons of knots and never had a problem except for that one time. I'm not sure about the wind knot reduction capabilities over other braids. I have found that the reel has more to do with wind knots than the line. That being said. I get very few wind knots with this braid except when used on several Penn Battles that I used to use. I have since upgraded to Penn Clash and Slammer 3's and I have no wind knot issues. I have used in extensively on several Daiwa Lexa spinning reels with great results.

ok just got the new line 50# pound pink. spooled up three reels seems nice. Not as quiet as Power Pro slick8 blue. color is nice with the pink Seaguar fluorocarbon leader. Good thing is I can find my rods quickly on the rod rack on the party boat.

The 200lb Class String Was Perfect For My Gator Hunt Rod!

I purchased this 200lb class string for my alligator hunting rods. I pulled in an 8'6" gator within minutes of the initial hook set. The string provided complete control over both gators I caught. Seeing that I have two Penn Spinfisher SSV10500's with the string, I think I will try some monster shark fishing next!

Mixed feelings

First of all I've been a FINS user for several years with the 50-65 lb braid. Never had any issues surf fishing from the beach. Put on the sand many really nice fish. I bought some new lighter spining reels and decided to purchase the pink 30 lb braid, which I did. From day one, I had multiple cut off. Frustrating to say the least! So much, I tossed my 30lb line out and respooled all those with the FINS 50 lb yellow. It's been solid.

Good braid

Great line. Strong. Never lost a fish to line breakage. Casts like a dream. Use a mono or fluoro leader.

The best braid out there

The best braid out there! Switched from power pro to wind tamer and never looked back. All 25 of my reels have this braid ranging from 30lb-150lb. Highly recommend.
