Used to Make Home-made Drift Sinkers

After seeing a youtube video that recommended this product, I purchased it to make my own drift sinkers. They are crude, but do the job.

Perfect for what I needed

I purchased this to attach to the rims of my rc rock crawler and it works great. I had enough to make 2 loops around each rim with some left over. I would say that the 4' length is accurate. Will probably end up purchasing more for future projects.

Not Exact Weight

Update: I needed to order this again a year later, and my second order weighed in at 15.3oz. It wasn’t a huge deal to me because I only needed 0.6lbs for my application, but if I pay for an object based on a weight measurement, I expect it to at least weigh what it says it should. Original review: I weighed this when it arrived, and it clocked in at 1.022lbs. It was exactly what I needed, a 1/4” diameter 1lb lead rod.

Closer to 16 ounces

As stated in an earlier review - I needed exactly 16 ounces of lead for my project. My first order was shy of 14 ounces so I had to order another package to make it an even 16 ounces. This one was closer to the 1 pound as advertised. I think that they must not weigh it, and measure it by length alone.
