Το ραδιόμετρο μας είναι κατασκευασμένο από μια γυάλινη λάμπα από την οποία έχει αφαιρεθεί μεγάλο μέρος του αέρα. Μέσα στον λαμπτήρα, σε έναν άξονα χαμηλής τριβής, υπάρχει ένας ρότορας με 4 πτερύγια. Κάθε πτερύγιο έχει μια μαυρισμένη πλευρά και μια ασημένια πλευρά. ένα μαύρο πτερύγιο έχει μια λευκή κουκκίδα για να μετράει εύκολα τις περιστροφές. Όταν εκτίθενται στο ηλιακό φως ή στο τεχνητό φως, τα πτερύγια γυρίζουν χωρίς εμφανή κινητήρια δύναμη. Αυτό το φαινόμενο οφείλεται στη διαφορική θέρμανση των μαύρων και ασημένιων πτερυγίων.

Great for learning!

Works like a charm. Will absolutly do the job for the price. Nobody needs a top of the line Radiometer lol. Runs pretty damn fast on a sunny day.

Radiometers are FUN!

The quality is disappointing to me. The vanes appear to not spin as easily as the higher quality radiometers, so the performance is comprised. Other than that, it looks nice. I've owned several over my lifetime but this one just doesn't make the grade in my opinion.

Cheap

The radiometer doesnt work. Ive placed it in multiple well lit environments and the blades dont spin.

Old and worn

The product was old. The panes bent and had heat burn holes. The item did not turn with a flashlight.

Didn't Work

Didn't work, even in bright sunlight. The metal pole appears to be bent so I think the spinner is contacting it. Even a little bit of friction will prevent motion. We already have another radiometer and that one cost less yet works fine.

Waste of money spend a little more for something that works

2 units, first one the inside parts were broken on arrival, the second just didn’t work. Waste of money

You get what you pay for!

Poor quality and it didn't even work. The vanes were crooked and bent. Buy a better quality radiometer at a fair price and not at the bottom of the market like this one.

Low quality control. One good, One wobbly.

Internals a bit inconsistent. They are fragile. I bought two. One was okay other wobbles due to poor quality control. They both work.

Very Dissatisfied

The device did not work. It is very frustrating to receive products via the mail and then they do not work. It is more trouble to send them back. Fortunately the product was only a waste of $20.

Don't waste your money.

Absolute garbage. Had to return the first one I received! And the replacement arrived intact, and broke after 3 days. Useless, look elsewhere bill nye!

Works fantastically in Sunlight - that is what this powers this item - if yours does not work try putting it in the SUN

There is no real quality; and would not even turn/spin in the daytime sunlight, so I do not know what to say. I did return it.
