Good tools, minor design issues, amazing customer service

I've been very impressed with everything I've bought from Tekto so far, but I do have to ding this one by 1 star for 2 issues: 1) like others have mentioned, the case for these isn't awesome, because the bits don't lock in place on the bottom half. Would be better if they either snapped in, had lugs to stay to, or at the very least a locking plastic divider attached to the hinge. The piece of loose cardboard holding things in place isn't good enough on a $90 set of bits 2) my kit came with 2 TR15 bits, and no TR25. An easy mix up, but would've been annoying if that was the but I needed right away. That said, their customer service was amazing. I called and spoke to someone, they directed me to their online form to fill out. The next day a replacement for the missing bit was in the mail, and 2 days later I have a complete set. VERY impressed with how easy they were to deal with, where many other companies would've asked to return the full set to Amazon for a replacement.

Very nice set! If any of tekton tools break, just take a picture, send it to tekton customer service and you will receive a replace ASAP. That’s why I purchase their products.

The case sucks, bits are good

The bits themselves are nice and do the job for a home mechanic. I would not use them in an impact gun. BUT, the blow molded plastic does not keep them in place. everytime i open it, they are mixed up which is extremely annoying.

Glad I got this set

I am very happy with this set. With Torx, TP Torx and E Torx all in one set it solves the problem of searching in the tool crib for each type. Nicely made and finished.

Sockets seem quite good in happy with them. The case however does not hold the bottom sockets inside, they just stuff cardboard in it to hold everything together when you close it
