I sometimes wear jogger style tight shorts and that pretty much guarantees the sleeve will stay in place

I have a problem after knee surgery with leg cramps. Doctors say problem is back. I use the thigh groin sleeve and seems to help quite a bit. The cortizone shots in the back did help but I think the knee surgery has problems. The sleeve helps support the muscles in the leg that connect to the knee. The only drawback is the sleeve does stretch after repeated use in hot climate ( I play disc golf.) I got the small sleeve the second time around and seems to help. Keep the sleeve clean and you should get a year of use. I sometimes wear jogger style tight shorts and that pretty much guarantees the sleeve will stay in place. Otherwise, I use the grippy wrap tape if doing heavy physical activity.

Had size med. and was slightly to large went to a small and worked pretty well. Only down fall is when it is cool out and you are not building up any body heat it tends to slip. Sometimes have to wet my thigh to help it stay in place.

I prefer the adjustable straps

I liked these when I didn't know how the others would work. The groin straps with the adjustable straps are the much better way to go. These fall down too much. When you exercise you sweat and the sweat loosens the sleeve and it falls down. When you have an adjustable strap you simply tighten it a bit and go about your exercise.

Great price

Saw the reviews saying it will slip off.. so far I have not had that problem. Maybe you need to squat more. Just sayin, I have no ran in these but I won't see that being a problem.. the gives good support so far. Good value for money

works well doesn't slide, dries fairly quickly. The part closest to your knee is a bit tight on my, but I needed a small because my thighs do not increase in size as much as the product maker thinks they should for the medium.

Great for injured hamstrings

I bought these to support long injured hamstrings. I get great relief when I wear them (on both legs). I wear them when exercising also, they wick moisture so they stay fairly dry.
