Fell apart after only 2 uses

Great looking bag, but fell apart after only 2 uses. I bought this for my son to throw his stuff in when I he goes out with friends. Unfortunately the string came undone and now the bag can’t be pulled closed. I am disappointed because the bag looks nice but it just doesn’t hold up for even lightweight use.
