Phyto is my go-to beauty standard for my hair, due to a long term damage process, because of something I adopted from my good ol' genes, at the ripe old age of 8! A pretty well known fact I share with anyone who asks about my grey coverage is: my Mom found my first grey hair when I was 8 years old (she used to braid my hair until I was 11), and by 14 years old, I had a wealth of salt and pepper in my hair. By 20, I was fully grey around my face and scalp lines. So, I started dyeing my hair at 14 years old, at my Mom's behest. It started with only once a month treatment, but by 20 years old, I was dyeing my hair religiously every 2 weeks. I was always told the constant dyeing would age my hair, and that by the time I was middle age, I would be facing dry, brittle, aged hair. THAT warning was an understatement. I just turned 50, and before I found phyto through my hair stylist, my hair was extremely brittle and dehydrated. Phyto has seriously taken 10-15 years off the ageing of my hair texture, and I won't leave home for a trip without my phyto products tucked away. I was thrilled to find the Beauty Store Depot on Amazon, as they carry the full canon of PHYTO products, which as I mentioned, has been a boon to turning back the clock on my dye-damaged hair. I was running out of this product, the PHYTO Phytomillesime Botanical Color Protecting Mist, needed to buy a new bottle, and found the beautystoredepot on Amazon. Because of their rave reviews, and beautystoredepot being a dedicated PHYTO seller, I followed your recommendation and ordered it. When I received my package, I was extremely disappointed: the neck of the PHYTO Phytomillesime was wrapped in cardboard and scotch tape, to prevent leakage. The cardboard-scotch tape wrapping, my product receipt, and both of their discount mailers were soaked from the product, and as I'm all about first impressions, I called the company, an lodged my complaint, hoping they would take care of me. The customer service staff immediately took full responsibility, they were extremely kind and helpful, and immediately ordered me a replacement Phytomillesime, that they shipped to me. Today, much to my delight, I received my replacement package! They included 2 fresh discount mailer coupons, which I'll be using ASAP. I am incredibly impressed by their stellar customer service, company accountability, honesty, integrity and follow up to my initial complaint.
