Perfect, though you may want your own screws

The screws are too long for a typical kitchen cabinet and they may very likely puncture all the way through into the cabinet space if you are under-mounting them. Otherwise we've been very happy. It truly is a one-handed tear.

No issues thus far

Install was pretty simple. No squeaks/creaks. Granted we've had it ~30 days. It has been nice getting some countespace back.

Resistance is engineered too high.

This product works okay when the paper towel is full. However once it gets below midpoint the paper towesl start tearing in half. There's no easy way for a typical homeowner to alter the resistance. It's provided by a fat o-ring at the bottom, and a spring element in the middle. Very well thought out, but the resistance is too high.

Has worked really well and looks great on the side of the cabinet by the sink. Been there a while now and still looks/works well.

Good quality, easy to install. Just what I expected.

Only one minor caveat.

Very sturdy and has excellent braking so that towels don't spool off the roll when pulled. The ONLY problem is the horrible noise it makes when a towel is being unrolled, BUT it's easily solved prior to installation with some silicone spray at the ends of the roller, allowing the lubricant to run downward into the small crevices at each end.

Does what it says it will do. Sturdy.

As advertised. Could be a tad smoother, it is a little bit too stiff IMO, but works well. Paper towel rolls can slide a bit, but I am picky. My OCD takes over if its 1 inch off center. Easy to install, great materials. Would recommend.

Nice product.. with a but... and but for the but it would be 5 stars

This is a nice product but I can only give it 3 stars because so far I have not been able to find a Kitchen Roll (in the UK) that sits 'tight' on the product - which is half the point so that you can rip them off easily. If/when I do find a suitable kitchen roll I would up the stars to 5.... I am still looking..
