Feels uncomfortable on skin

The material though cooling is synthetic and icky feeling and the velcro is lumpy and scratcy. Good shape though.

Two of these seem ideal for side-sleepers

You’ve probably heard that it’s best to use a pillow between your knees and legs if you’re going to sleep on your side. If you are like me, however, you’ve tried doing that with regular pillows and found that while you sleep regular pillows often aren’t giving enough support, or end up somewhere on the floor during the night. I searched several options here on Amazon to find something that would give good support and possibly be able to stay in place and I decided to try not one but two of these knee pillows made by “nestl”. I just received the pillows today and haven’t actually tried sleeping through the night with them but I did position them as you can see in my photo and lay down to see what it would feel like. So far the pillows seem to give just the right support to keep my spine at the angle that feels most comfortable when laying on my side. I like that there is a strap to keep the pillow in position, and I appreciate that there is an adjustable strap with Velcro on both sides making it adjustable. I also like that there is a zippered cover you can remove and wash it as needed (I definitely plan to line-dry the covers instead of putting them in the dryer). The cover itself seems pretty soft and comfortable next to my skin, and I’m looking forward to trying these out for a full night’s sleep. If after using these for a few days I find any problems with them I’ll be sure to come back and adjust my review, but for now I’ll give these pillows five stars, 10/10 recommend.

Perfect as a neck pillow too!

I originally ordered this pillow after a hip surgery and it preformed as it should. But once I no longer required a pillow between my knees I started using it on top of my sleeping pillow as a neck rest so that I could read in bed without hurting my neck. Works perfectly and doesn't take up much space.

Extremely comfortable, but velcro is annoying

For the past year or two, I have had some knee pain when sleeping. I started to try to sleep with a regular small pillow between my knees, and it helped significantly, so I adopted it as a regular habit. Eventually, I decided to order this knee pillow since I thought that it would be a little less bulky, better sized, and more convenient. And indeed, it has done very well on all of those fronts. The biggest design flaw of this is the scratchy velcro, which can stab you or anyone that you are sleeping with at unpredictable times. It would be better to have some kind of soft loop or clip mechanism, or to just tie a string to keep it on one's leg. I might try to remove the velcro at some point. If you already know that you need something such as this, then it will probably work well. If you aren't sure, then try using any small pillow you have around the house and see if it helps you first. For reference, I am around 150 lbs and around 5'10''.

Good product

Didn’t work for my fiancé. He is muscular and built, 5’5” and moved around too much for it to stay between his legs. When it was In place he said it was amazing and felt extremely comfortable. It was very effective and helped him fall asleep and when I’m place stay asleep. He used to the light strap but that made it uncomfortable for him and didn’t stay in place. But I will tell you, his tossing and turning is a bit wild lol.

Confortable

This pillow is firm enough not to collapse under the weight of your leg. The size is good for my 5'2" frame. My only complaint is that the velcro on the pillow scratches my leg because I dont use the strap. Manufacturer should have reversed the placement of the hook & loop for the softer pieces to be on the pillow.

Comfortable

So far I like it a lot. Very comfortable and stays pretty cool at night. Only complaint I have is the velcro. Could be longer for more grip or a stronger velcro. But all and all worth the price.

Comfortable for knees, better sleep quality

Very good for side sleepers, comfortable for knees. Some people might choose using a regular soft memory foam pillow as a knee pillow - also comfortable for your knees
