Simple, inexpensive, and effective.

The spring and rubber seat rests against the bottom of the valve stem. The spring maintains the pressure of the rubber cap against the valve stem and that positive pressure stops drips quickly. Simple installation.

Squeaky, but Stops Drips

The original seats are flat on top while these are rounded. That might be the reason why these are so noisy. Very squeaky every time I turn the handle. I think the Delta brand [or similar flat-topped] seats would be quieter. At least the drip stopped. The occasional squeak is much easier to tolerate than the constant drip-drip-drip sound.

Mixed results

I bought a set over a year ago for the kitchen faucet and it still works great. Now I just bought a set to do the bathroom faucet. Different delta style but still uses the same parts. Could not get the cold side any better than the minor drip it already had, so I put the old parts back in. Think I'll just replace the whole faucet when it gets real bad. It seems to have issues every other year anyway. It might not be these parts but they do look just a tiny bit different than the original delta.

fixed my leaking faucet for just $1

This kit is all I needed to fix my leaking faucet and it only cost $1. Can't get any better than that. I just wish these little rubber pieces lasted longer than a couple of years.

Quality Control- Missing a spring in the sealed plastic bag!

No more drips

Had I gone to a plumber to repair my bathtub leak, I might have paid a whole lot more than $1.00 to do this job. No runs, drips, or errors. Highly recommended.
