But the sprayer leaks while not being used.
After enjoying this for over a year, my sprayer has started leaking when it's not being used. Has anyone else had to fix this problem?

Beautiful faucet!
This faucet was even better than expected. It was packaged really nicely and is really heavy duty, especially the sprayer. The only complaint is that the thread pipes that go through the Counter and hook up the water lines should be longer. They were too short for our counters. My husband ended up having to counter sink a hole in the under side of our butcher block to make them work. But if you are only going through a sink or a thinner counter top it wouldn’t be an issue.

Buyer Beware…unless you are a plumber!
Well, here it goes. We love this faucet for the look of the farmhouse at a price far less then you would find at a designer store. They do not sell this style faucet at HD or Lowes, so after reading all the reviews (most good) we decided on it. Looks great and solid brass construction (heavy). At the end of a kitchen remodel, the last thing you want to is be slowed down…Well, if you are buying solid surface countertops (we have quartz) you need to get commercial nuts for the shanks so you can attach water lines with enough threads left to thread on, but that's not even a big problem. First faucet leaked at the cold stem where cross piece meets the stem. I took the entire thing apart and was devastated since it was a leak with the body of the faucet. Thanks to Amazon (love you Amazon!) I had a replacement in 2 days. When we installed the second one, it leaked at the center connection valve where the hot and cold mix. 2 brand new faucets and 2 leaks in 2 different spots. Unreal when you think about the fact that you are purchasing new faucets around 300 a piece. So, my husband took both faucets completely apart and used the best parts from the 2 and was able to make 1 leakproof faucet. 3 days for a job that normally would have taken an hour because of quality control I guess at Kingston Brass. I was torn on how many stars to give it because I love the way it looks and works now, but if you dont have someone who is handy, this will cost a fortune with a plumber.

High Quality Product
One needs to take their time installing this faucet especially if it is the first time to install a kitchen faucet. It is a very well made faucet which came with all of the necessary parts. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful beyond expectations
It’s beautiful and feels very stout. Not too hard to install for novice do-it-yourselfers! It’s perfect for our farmhouse remodel. Just installed it so don’t know about longevity but will review again down the line.

All the Bad Reviews are Right...Defective Product
I bought this product for my kitchen renovation. I read all the bad reviews, but thought the faucet was what I was looking for so I ignored what they all said. Well sure enough, the renovation took longer than expected, and exactly a week after we installed the faucet, it stopped pouring water out of the faucet. It will spray water out of the sprayer though. I just had my plumber over, and he said the faucet is defective. So I get on Amazon to return, and the return window has closed! You have only 1 month to return this product (I now bought it a month and a half ago), SO DO NOT BUY THIS AHEAD OF TIME...OR AT ALL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH RIDICULOUS ISSUES LIKE THIS. Edited: I have contacted the manufacturer Kingston Brass who let me know that the spray diverter was the problem and that they would send out a new spray diverter. When I asked for instructions on how to install correctly, she said they didn't have any but that "it was easy to just undo the top of the faucet and pull out the spray diverter with plyers or something like that." I also asked what they can do for the additional plumbing fees I have, as I had to have my plumber come back out to look at your defective product. She said "that's not something they do, they are just the manufacturer. You should contact Amazon about those fees." I then proceeded to let her know that I would definitely let others know about that in my review of the product, and then she hung up on me. So don't expect much from the Kingston Brass customer service. I did decide to call Amazon and explain the situation. Within seconds my call was answered, and within minutes the customer service agent had put in the order for my replacement faucet. So I am thoroghly pleased with the customer service I received from Amazon, and hope this next faucet is not a dud.
