Nice!

This goes great with the ipong robot. The only thing i wis was different is the side arms/nets. I wish they were tallwr and extended all the way to the center table net. Theres about a 8" gap and the balls seem to often escape. Otherwise this net us awesome!! Get a carboard box to sit under the realease hole and the balls feed right into it.

Don't buy big item like this from Amazon

The table seems quite good. Reasonably easy to assemble. Good-looking. Seems solid. But I paid Amazon to deliver it to a room of my choice. Instead, the Amazon delivery truck just dumped it in my driveway. Didn't knock, call or ring the bell, just dumped it. It is much too heavy for me to drag it inside. I complained to Amazon and was promised that they would remedy the problem. But they did nothing, so I had to hire a handyman from a neighboring town and pay him fifty bucks to take it inside. I'm normally a huge fan of Amazon. I buy things from them every week. But I would not count on their delivery service for a large item again. I would recommend that, if you have a problem like this, just immediately return the item rather than counting on any promises that Amazon will remedy the problem.

Works great, easy to set up

It was very easy to set up, probably took me 20 minutes or less. It works great, it stops & collects most balls except for the wild ones. And the bottom hole with velcro cover is the best feature - just remove the velcro and all of the balls drop out into a container of your choice. My cats also think it's great fun to bat the balls up into the air from underneath, so we're all having a great time, LOL. The only negative issue I have with the net is that the edges don't go all the way to the net. They stop short by about 6-9 inches. You'll lose enough balls in that space, that you'll find something to put up there to keep the balls from finding those spaces to fall off the table.

Great once in place

Net works well when in place. Assembly OK but not quick with 4 screws that take some time. So if you use the table for practice and play, it could get old.

Doesn't Work On My Table (Stiga ST4100)

A 4-star rating means I like it. A 5-star rating would mean I love it. I can't "love" this net because it can't be mounted to my Stiga Master Series ST4100 table. The table has under-table ball trays and corner protectors that interfere with the clamps used to secure the catch net's metal supports. This, of course, isn't the fault of the catch net but I was disappointed to discover that it won't fit my table. To make room for the clamps I could remove the tray on one end then cut it down and remount it. But, rather than mess with the table I am going to build a small add-on table extension that is 30" high and 60" wide. I might even add casters so I can roll it out of the way, with the catch net still installed on it. I also deducted a star because I paid $35 and now Amazon has it at $30. What a burn!

Great net catcher

I used it when i pratise serving the pingpong balls and along with the use of pingpong robot i recently purchased. It serves its purpose very well, can easily installed.

Good but fiddly to construct and needs ‘modifications’

On the whole it’s a good product. More suited to building and leaving in place than using for an hour to practice shots then removing each time. With a few well positioned clothes pegs we were able to get the material tight in specific places to ensure the balls rolled through the hole into the catch basket. Otherwise a great training aid
