Ok for foot height support, not good for foot massage.

I bought this product because my new office chair is just a tad bit higher off the ground than my old chair (even when adjusted to the lowest level). So, I needed a foot rest to deal with the very slight feeling of dangling when seated and reclined in my chair. As a foot massage product, it is pretty laughable and I would "not" recommend this product for that purpose. Fellowes markets this product as having an "invigorating massage" for your feet. The rubber massaging elements are "very" hard rubber and not at all comfortable on my feet. They are not something that I would enjoy putting my feet onto without shoes. Whomever at Fellowes coined the term "invigorating" for this product must enjoy pain or never used their own product without shoes. Had they designed this product with finger-like stipples of softer rubber versus the hard diamond pointed design, it may have been better suited for their marketing statements. So, if using this product without your shoes is what attracts you to this product, keep on looking. It is also a flat design that in no way provides any foot contour or supports comfortable placement of the feet without shoes. As a foot height product, it is actually OK and I would say the hard plastic bumps in it help keep your shoes from sliding. I like that is easily swivels and that it has (3) adjustable height positions. It also has rubber floor grips that keep it from sliding on a hardwood floor (stays put well). The price is too high though for what is doesn't do (as marketed) and realistically should be at least $20 less for what you get. So, if you can get this on-sale for a lot less, I'd recommend it. But at ~$60, it is not worth that price.

Great purchase!

This was my second purchase for a foot rest to use at work. I'm short under 5 feet tall and my feet usually do not touch the floor. This causes back and knee pain. This product is perfect. It is sturdy and I can rock or position my feet comfortably.It allows me to have my hips and knees in the right position. I would highly recommend.

DON'T waist your money

This is so flimsy one broke when used ti first time, the other is so squeaky and seems to be ready to brake soon too. Amazon was not really any help earthier maybe it was the person I got tonight but maybe ill try tomorrow and hope I get some one else willing to be nicer and help. I am sorry this item is not worth 45 bucks maybe 10 dollars at the most.

Collapsable Footrest

I purchased this footrest in May to use whilst sitting at my desk all day. After using for a couple of months it has collapsed twice - so far. The rubber moulds that keep the foot rest in place keep dislodging. I don't even use it that much. Wouldn't recommend it. Wanted to return it as it isn't fit for purpose but order info says returns window closed on 16 June. I'm now left with a product that doesn't meet my needs.

Decent footrest - some might find the grippy plastic uncomfortable.

Overall decent footrest and comfortable to use. Build quality of the hinge could be better as when it's raised up it feels slightly unstable like it could break if too much force is used. The textured grippy plastic may not appeal to everyone (I use it barefoot no problem). This would have been more comfortable if it was made out of a softer material. I don't regret buying this and I use it daily for several hours without problem.
