ONLY the Title was wrong
The picture of this item, and the wording, are all correct. This is what I needed, the caps that go over the toilet bowl bolts. The Title describes it as a handle. So, I took a chance to purchase this, and was delighted when the item I needed arrived. Instructions on the pack of the packaging are correct, basically remove the nut (do one side at a time), but leave the old brass washer in place. Place the new plastic round clip on the brass washer, with the leading edge UP (look at the round clip and that will make sense.) And, finally, reinstall the nut, careful to not over tighten. Over tightening the nuts could crack the toilet bowl. Did one side a ta time, and whole job, including cleaning out all the old goo was ten minutes, total. Summation: The images are correct, the description is correct, on;ly the title is wrong.

Couldn't install because of design
These would be fine on basically new installations, or in a perfectly maintained world. The plastic base that is designed to hold the cap will not be stable unless the nut is removed from the toilet screw, the plastic base installed, and then the nut replaced to cinch it into place. Then, the cap snaps onto that base, covering the screw. For me -- with an old house and toilets that have screws corroded by time -- just removing the nut would be difficult without potentially stripping it. I might just fill the cap with sticky grout and plug it on there -- but unless you're looking for a McGiver type fix, or have a perfect set up, these aren't working.

Fits and looks PERFECT
Covered the nasty rusting bolts perfectly! Made our toilet look WAY better. I also loved that these were literally only 99 cents. All other sellers have them for $7+.

They look nice. Might be too short for your bolts without cutting.
Makes your toilet look better. Price is excellent. These didn't fit over the bolts on my toilet which I thought would be standard. I had to cut the bolts. Not a big deal, but not as easy as I hoped.

Cheap and fine
For the price, these are exactly what I expect. Easy facelift on our toilet bottoms. Super easy to install. The plastic is not super thick, but, really, who is checking toilet screw cap covers? And for this price, I will buy another one if my dogs eat the covers (again).

These caps look good
These caps are good quality and don't look cheep. I would recommend replacing the oval washers with round ones, I don't get why these washers are oval. If left there, the caps may not sit tight against the toilet flange.

Poor quality.
Plastic is very thin and almost translucent. Caps are unusually short and required me to cut the toilet bolts down. Cap barely holds onto base.
