Yes, it came with a lid. Perfect!
This is a perfect size for what I need. While a lot of reviewers stated they did not get a lid, mine came with a lid installed. Overall, it is perfect, inexpensive, and arrived quickly. Perfect for what I need.

Received my container today, minus a lid. There is no point to a sharps contain with no lid.

No Lid
A sharps container with no lid is useless. The whole idea is to keep the used needles out of reach. Not to keep them all conveniently located and a tiny ref bucket. Looks like most customers have the same problem.
