Toast feature does not work

I have been using this appliance for 3 months. The air fry feature is amazing, we especially like asparagus or string beans done that way. There is plenty of room to bake chicken or a pork loin. For the first time last week, I tried to toast a bagel. The toast feature does not work! Simply doesn’t turn on. I reached out to the manufacturer and never heard back. The device is so wonderful, in every other way, but it’s ironic that something advertised, in part, as a toaster oven…doesn’t toast. Had to purchase a small toaster for our occasional bagels. Bummer.

Could be perfect …

I LOVE this machine. I’ve been using it daily for two weeks. I have had no need to use my oven since I got it. I clean it every day because I can’t stand how gross toaster ovens look when they’re dirty hanging out on the counter. The only thing that I really, really don’t like is how difficult the tray is to clean. Burnt on grease is IMPOSSIBLE clean off and I can’t use steel wool on the finish. I ended up ordering a new tray from a different company that is actual stainless steel so I can clean it properly. Also, the light is finicky and you have to unplug it to get it to work again when it goes out.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

This is a fantastic cooking machine ! It will do everything air fry cook bake etc. Had a little problem with at first but customer service was amazing and sent me the newer model that is digital and is awesome! Would buy again here. Highly recommend to anyone ! Thank you Chefman

Great multi purpose air fyer

Bought a similar model a couple of years before, but had problems since first use. I've had no issues with this one, however. Temperatures are accurate and all settings cook well. It's a perfect fit for my small kitchen. Make sure to read the manual as you DO NOT want to use foil in this oven.

Fries air perfectly

If you need or want an air fryer that does does not cook the nutrients out of the air as it fries this is the one for you. Also adds a slight woody flavor to the air as it fries the air.

Beautiful product

Very nice oven, easy to use and didn't disappoint! The only true negative, is that the cord is only a foot long!!!

A great addition to the kitchen

I’ve had the 20qt air fryer for about three weeks now, and have cooked several items in it. It’s easy to program and use, and has several trays to select for various food items. The food always comes out nice and crispy when air fried! The downsides are that the trays don’t fit perfectly into the sliding shelf on the sides of the oven, and I can see that being a problem in the future with pans falling down. The light button also sometimes doesn’t work, or the light gets stuck perpetually on or off. The only way to fix that it to unplug. Lastly, sometimes when you touch the screen to wake the device up, it spits out an error code instead of turning on. The baking tray is not always super easy to clean, but everything else is easy. However, I haven’t had any major issues and I love having this air fryer in my kitchen. It’s convenient, quiet, and cooks to a great consistency!

Excellent Purchase

I first started researching Air Fryers because after having a large family I found that oven was no longer needed as much as it was in the past. This Air Fryer is perfect for us and has been put to use a ton since we have received it. It is super easy to use. It has replaced our other counter top appliances. The biggest bonus is it makes me feel a lot better having the grandchildren use it to bake cookies or make toast on their own.

must have for a small kitchen

I put it at the corner of my small counter, doesn't take much space and looks nice. Can fit a 12" pizza comfortably. Heats up fast and no preheating required. Saves so much time and energy! The sides and top gets warm in use, but not hot. I really like it, and will be using it a lot!

It was exactly as we expected.

We liked its simplicity. We bought it as our Microwave was out for repairs. It is back now so we will be using it as and when.
