No Numbers Included

The pictures on the page made it seem as in numbers are included among all the letters. That is not the case. Even the bag the letter come in mention the how name numbers you get but there were none in the bag. Just seems like the description could be clearer on it not including numbers. Quality is decent. Just wish they were thicker

Product is great - listings are confusing

I was trying to purchase a set of letters and numbers. There is conflicting information in various listings for what appears to be the exact same product. I realize that if you sell a lot of items, making each listing clear is a chore, but ... it is really essential for buyers. The product itself is fantastic, as expected. We have been using ChartPak since the 1980s and they are the leader in their area for a reason. Great quality, durable items with appropriate adhesive for the task.

What happened to Chartpak quality..?

I used to use Chartpak vinyl lettering years ago, when the product was thicker, had better adhesive, and was a superior lettering product. Now, it’s thin, flimsy, flip flops all over while trying to lay it down, often sticking to itself. It tears while trying to get it off the backing, And as you peel it off the backing, now there’s tiny shreds of stringy filaments getting stuck to the back of the letters, with the end result looking bumpy and pretty bad. Trying ti scrape off the tiny shreds of vinyl filaments from the back means more handling of the adhesive surface, which isn’t too good now to begin with... I can’t recommend this product. It was a waste of money for me, and an aggravating adventure with a product that was superior, years ago.
