My wife thinks this is one of the best we've used. Well worth the price. Quieter than many we have tried.

My wife loves this. Very strong but a bit loud. It broke after just a few uses. We have purchase about six of these over the past few years. Problem is the cap with the push button start / stop button cracks, won't stay on, so it doesn't work. Super gluing the crack doesn't work. The cap is made of very cheap plastic. Bought another one just two weeks ago. It broke after just a few uses. I reached out the California exotic novelties for a replace cap. No response.

It was on for about 30 seconds and then the plastic near the bottom literally shattered. I wasn't doing anything with it yet, but it seems like that could be a safety concern. To be clear I don't want to diss the manufacturer, who has some great products. Just not sure where to report the issues and very much hoping someone looks into it!
