Perfect for small home gym

Received the product yesterday. Well packaged. Came with the pump and 2 plugs. All worked well and efficiently. Already did a few exercises with the Bosu and so happy to have it as an addition to my home gym. Recommend!

Great way to recover from foot stress fracture

I bought this to do my physical therapy exercises following a stress fracture in my foot (specifically 4th metatarsal). It's been great so far - it really challenges my balance and foot mobility, and just a few days in (and some sore foot muscles), I can already feel it making a difference. I am 5'3 so this 50cm size is perfect.

Just as good as the full size model

Was hesitant about the size of the sport model but it’s sturdy and works well. Great addition for the basement workout space.

Perfect for my knee rehab!

This piece of equipment is just what I needed for continuing with my PT after a knee injury. The facility where I started had several of the larger Bosu Balls and they were essential to strengthening my knee after injury. Once I was done, I got this to continue with the therapy at home. It's a little smaller, but perfect for my needs.

Perfect for smaller adults!!!

I'm 5'2", petite build, narrow shoulders The 50 cm model is EXACTLY what my workout needed! I've long used the original Bosu at the gym but found them cumbersome for exercises with the Bosu in my hands. The 50 cm smaller size helps me achieve better form, is easier to maneuver, and I even love the blue / lime colour combo! All the same materials, high quality, and function of the original. Easy set up - was using it within 5 min of opening the box. Highly recommend!

Get it before it's gone!

The Bosu itself is an amazing addition to my home gym. It works all areas, but really works on core stability and strength as well as balance. The DVDs are helpful as well. Shipping was insanely quick! Best investment I've done for myself by far!! And it's pink- so it's super cute as well ;)

Great quality!

This small size is great for travel, quick workouts and my 3 yr old to join in when I’m using the large one! I’ve bought cheaper ones within the same price range trying to save a few bucks and nothing compares to this brand. The amount of workouts you can accomplish with not just this item but it’s quality is addicting!
