Take a number, but pass on the screws!
We saw this style of numbering on one of the "Curb Appeal" shows and sought them out. They are a LOT more expensive than I would've ever expected to pay for something like this. Fortunately I only need 3. They look good once installed but the downside is the included hardware. The nickle plated screws have very little depth in the head to get a good drive and the material used for the screws seems pretty soft. I was very close to stripping the heads each time just trying to get them tight, and that was with pre-drilling the holes. Then when you do get there, a little too much oomph and they WILL break. I was really close to running out to the hardware store and getting some replacements just to save me some aggravation. They haven't been up for more than a couple months, so we'll have to see how they hold up, but they look good so far. The only downside I can see is that they may be a little hard to read from the street, especially if you have a long front yard or live on a dark street. My wife and I do like the look of them, and we are the only ones in the neighborhood with them, so I guess they are worth the price for exclusivity. ^_^ Ok, followup to this: the provided screws REALLY DO SUCK!!! The numbers look great and have held up well over the winter but the screws look TERRIBLE! After 6 months, they are badly rusted. It IS worth the time to replace the screws with something durable, that won't rust in the elements after less than a year. Seems like that should've been considered when packaging with outdoor numbers... I hate to drop the rating a star for attaching hardware, but these are pretty expensive and to skimp on the screws is pretty weak and rather inexcusable.

Not a well-made product
I am sorry to leave a bad review for any product -- because I know someone's livelihood may be affected -- but the only thing good about this product is the style. It's not well-made. The screws are so flimsy that two broke in half while I was screwing them in and the rest bent. It took two hours to install two numbers because it required a trip to the hardware store (new screws) and it's questionable whether the numbers themselves will weather well. Definitely not worth the money. And the shipping was the slowest of any product I have ever ordered from Amazon.

Most importantly: the numbers can be seen from the street! My old numbers were nice, but too small, so when I repainted recently I splurged and picked these up. I'm glad I have only 3 digits in my address, because these seemed a little on the pricey side. They are very nice though, and I imagine they'll last for many decades, so what the heck.

Contemporary, modern look
I like the look of these letters. Very bold and contemporary. They do not offer a ton of "reflection" for night-time but a modest amount. Love them!
