Comfortable, Well Made, and Practical

I bought one of these and my initial reaction was that it wasn’t quite my style. I already have a bunch of fleece jackets, some pull overs, and this one just seemed a little less sexy than most of the others that I have. So I gave this to my wife, and she wore it once or twice, but it was too big for her. One day for no particular reason I started wearing this again and I noticed after a day or two that it was extremely comfortable. It’s nice that you can button it up when you’re cold and unbutton it as it gets warmer. The side pockets are really hefty and you can stick your phone in there and other stuff. The “build quality “ on this is impressive. The material is just the right thickness. It’s a little too heavy to be called a shirt, I would call it a light jacket. I wear it mostly indoors, this would not be warm enough on a cold Colorado day outside. You could maybe run to get the mail but that’s about it. Anyway, I fell in love with it and I’ve basically worn it consistently during the winter of 22/23. It dawned on me the other day that I like this so much , that I really should buy another. Amazon was still selling them, and the price was so incredible, I went ahead and bought one in several different colors. So I think I have a total of six of these now. For the price these just can’t be beat. I’m 6‘4“and about 240 pounds and the double XL fits nicely. It doesn’t go really far below the belt level on me, but it goes far enough. I suspect your experience will be similar to mine, and you’ll find yourself wearing this all winter long.

A wardrobe WORKHORSE

I was lucky enough to buy this shirt when it was on sale ($16ish), and I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. I'd never bought any Amazon essentials products or clothing so I took a chance. It's ended up occasionally beating some of my favorite hoodies/jackets when I'm running out of the house. This shirt was exactly what I was looking to wear for those "in-between" weather days of fall and spring. It's soft, warm, and holds up well against a cool breeze. It's easily unbuttoned if you find yourself getting warmer. The material is a microfiber fleece (don't quote me on that) that is very similar to those North Face jackets. It's got the right amount of thickness to stand alone as a shirt jacket or as a layering piece for even colder weather. It's also not high maintenance in terms of laundry settings and the like. If I had any gripes, it's that the cuff buttons tend to unbutton themselves easily at times. The material is also a magnet for sawdust, grass, and things like that if you're working outdoors. I bought mine in solid black so these things stick out like a sore thumb. Keep a lint roller handy if this is a pet peeve of yours. Not a deal-breaker for me in any event. I hope they make more varieties and colors. It's cheap, durable, does the job, one of my favorite purchases on this site. I highly recommend it.

Wanted a Fleece shirt/jacket that I could wear over my regular shirt. Works perfectly.

I wanted something that looked nice, was practical, and was comfortable. This shirt/jacket met all criteria. Although I generally wear a large shirt, I ordered this in extra large so it would go over my turtleneck and feel loose and roomy. 1. Comfort: Fit was perfect. The extra size allows a good range of motion. The fleece is soft, and moderately thick without being bulky. 2. Practicality: This shirt is loaded with features for a $28.00 item. It is well made and tailored. It has two button-down chest pockets (with flaps) and two deep slash pockets on the sides. Inside it has two very deep pockets, which add a bit of security. It also includes a spare button. 3. Looks. I got the monochrome dark green shirt because I don't care for flashy clothing, but it comes a a number of colors and styles (plaids, etc.) to satisfy different tastes.. It hangs nicely so it gives a trim look. I have washed it once and it came out fine--no pilling or change in shape or texture. I might get another one after I give this one the long-term "wear test."

Almost a perfect light coat

I really like this coat. It isn't a shirt at all. It is a coat / jacket. It is lightweight but still nice and warm. My only critique of it is the arms are a little skinny for my taste. Not the armpits or shoulders but the actual arms are a little snug. And if you button the wrist it gets pretty tight. So I don't button it and it looks fine. But I really like the look of it. With the collar style it reminds me of a Pea Coat. I wore the heck out of it this year as we had a very mild winter. With a light sweater underneath I was nice and warm. If you have truly cold winters you'll need something heavier. 5' 10'' / 178 pounds and ordered a Large. Fit great thru the torso and shoulders and length was nice too. For $30 bucks a heck of a buy.

Pockets

The shirt is very well made...I just wish the front pockets were deeper. I like to button up the pocket with a pair of readers, they do not fit.

Great comfy jacket

Excellent soft and comfortable jacket for cooler nights in the 50’s. Hand and inside pockets. Chest pockets add a touch of class to the jacket. Collar is a little large. Definitely exceeded my expectations and would recommend.

Heavier than we thought it would be and smaller than expected.

It was smaller than other XL shirts, so buy up just one size if you want it looser. He always wears XL, but this one fit too close in the middle and too short for his liking. NIce heavy warm shirt/jacket. Bought color of light blue, but it was "much" darker than pictured. It really bugs me when you cannot trust the color in the photos and if they are not even close, there is something wrong there.

Comfortable, casual

My son wears this to school, and although he likes it because of the comfort, I like it because he looks "put together" and not as slobby as with a hoodie.

The fit is great and is lovely and warm, probably thicker than expected, perfect for wearing in the house, but looks a little cheap so would not wear out too often.

Not as good as it looks. I feel the collar is too large and doesn't sit comfortably. It will be okay for about the house or garden.
