Easy install - Works great - Quality product.

Based on prior excellent experience with 2 Intermatic ST01 Timers during last 5 years I wanted to go with an Intermatic product again. I was not disappointed. Install couldn't have been easier. Remove your existing wall plate and 2 wire toggle type light switch. Often these will be the same color so determine which is incoming HOT power supply, connect that to the Intermatic black HOT wire, which is your LOAD line going out to your light(s), connect that to the Intermatic red LOAD wire, connect your Ground wire to the Intermatic green GROUND wire and wiring is done. Replace with cover plate with supplied Decor plate. Photo attached showing the easy wiring of the switch and included instructions which make this all appear much more difficult that it actual. This is a real simply and easy install. My install was in my garage and it picks me up anywhere in the garage immediately. What I got it for was to turn the lights on in the garage when the garage door opener lifts up and the switch spotted my car entering. The door opener has a light that comes on when activated, but it's not bright enough for me, so I wanted to turn the other lights on as well. I had found myself leaving those lights on when I went on errands to have the garage nice and lite up on my return. This is not a stated performance of this switch, so I was thrilled when it worked for me in my desired way. Disclaimer: Turn power off at breaker. Install in accordance with code. Only install following supplied directions.

Will work as a single pole or a 3 way Switch

This is a great switch, I installed one as a single pole application which is pretty simple, I also added 2 more for a 3 way application, not as simple as the single pole application but these will work in a 3 way application. I recommended looking at your wiring before installing. Overall a very nice switch, the only complaint i have is the time adjustment is not as good as it could be. I had no luck setting it between 15 seconds and 5 minutes.

Best ever!

Intermatic makes the best sensor switches. This one works with fluorescent lighting, not all do. I always buy this brand when they have what I need. They make great timers also.
