Great simple strategy game for a larger group.
I get sick of playing party games when I have more than 4 guests over. This version of 7 wonders is the easiest to learn, and scratches my “strategy” itch on board game nights when we have a larger gathering. I’d recommend it for your shelf for that reason alone- but it also offers interesting gameplay and fun components.

More accessible version of 7 Wonders, good for visually impaired gamers
Fantastic game! It's replaced 7 Wonders Duel (7WD) in our two-player family. My gaming buddy has visual impairment. We already own 7W Duel - an excellent game - but the small components and cards were a practical barrier to playing it often. 7W Architects keeps all the great aspects of the 7W franchise (theme, artwork, strategy) and makes it more accessible. The rules are simplified, the components are larger, and the cards have improved contrast and readability. The built-in organizers make the game quick to setup and put away. If you like quick-to-learn games with light strategy, beautiful artwork/theme, and playtime under 1 hour -- then do not hesitate to get this game. I ordered a pre-owned version and it was essentially in new condition. This game flexes player count well, and is very enjoyable with 2 players.

Fun and quick!
This is a great family game. Easy to learn (albeit, I was taught the game prior to purchasing) and quick to play! Great for beginners and a good warm-up for more seasoned board gamers.

A lighter weight game than 7 wonders, plays fast, lots of fun
This game plays fast and is fun. Simpler rules than 7 wonders, and turn based instead of everyone picking and passing cards at the same time. But it plays fast and you interact with your neighbors by deciding which pile of cards to pick from. Enough variation that you will enjoy playing over and over, different wonders to build, it is a race to see who can build their wonder first!

My 5 year old could play
I'm always looking for board games that I can share with my 5 year old that are enjoyable for the both of us. Of course I buy the super easy little ones but something more intriguing and challenging is always what I want. This was perfect balance. Of course I helped her a little but once we got in to the rhythm of the game she knew the basic, 3 greens, 2 greens get you tokens etc. Super super fun for all the family, definitely worth the money.

Better Than Regular 7 Wonders?
7 Wonders is an iconic game, but it is a hassle to set up and put away. Architects is much less chewy with the simultaneous drafting removed and the cards much simplified, but it is fun, easy to learn and very fast playing.

Very fun!
Very fun game play. We liked 7 Wonders. This one is like a trimmed down version of it. Pretty quick to play a game, which makes it nice. Lots of options with the different wonders, so it keeps it interesting. Is also nice that you can play with up to 7 people.

Lighter Than Air Game That's Still Fun to Play
This game is about the same complexity as Love Letter - you draw a card each turn, and if you can build part of your wonder, you do. Play is fast and plays up to 7 people well. Highly recommended filler or family-weight game.
