Straightforward ball candles

There, together with six matching red candles, were bought as Christmas decorations to go on a conical stand by the front door. Thee were no imperfections in them, either in manufacture or shipping. On a red and white mat they added a quietly festive note.

I recently purchased a candle holder from a thrift store. The holder was gorgeous, but the ball candles it came with looked dingy. I searched high and low for ball candles & couldn't find anything that was a reasonable price- Until I found these. They came in the expected time frame, in perfect condition, were exactly what I was looking for, and reasonably priced.

very poor quality and even worse customer service

I ordered a box of six of these candles. Three were covered in black specks, one had the wick so off center, that I can't even use it. Two of the six were actually usuable. I emailed the company for instructions on returning them, since there was nothing in the shipment besides the invoice. They said that I had to supply them with an image of the problem merchandise and they would get back to me. Three unsuccessful e-mails later, I told them I would deal with their corporate office. I sent a letter and am waiting to hear from them.
