Perfect fit in Ninja toaster oven
Great deep pan to use in a Ninja counter top convection oven / air frier. Stacked on top of the included pan, it can be stored inside the oven even when pivoted to the vertical storage position. This gives the toaster oven nearly the same cooking capacity as a single rack in my full size oven, with all of the advantages of a smaller appliance. I meal prep, and this has changed my oven use from about 50-50 to 99-1 in favor of the counter top unit. Goodbye, preheat times!

Cake a little dry.
The pans baked very evenly as advertised, but I am having to adjust the length of cooking time as they have come out a little dry the first few times I have used them. They also clean very easily and the cake releases well. The four stars are because it has taken more adjustment to get the desired results than I've experienced with other cake pans.

High Quality Pans
My mom makes red velvet cakes, and she adores these pans. I have rarely been so thanked for a gift in my life. Apparently they are just really high quality. We expect them to last.

These pans are amazing.
I almost had my cake stick on the first bake due to not butter and flouring it, using spray instead. Aside from that these with my cake straps made a perfect bake

Perfect for cakes
These pans are perfect! They release well and still allow the cake to climb the wall. We got perfect results on every layer. I'm a former pro baker and my 30 year old pans got destroyed in a move. I was loathe to try those ridiculous Teflon nightmares and was looking for that slight roughness that prevents the giant dome and short edges. I needn't have worried. Wilton nailed it. I'm ordering a few other sizes to allow for tiers. These are great ????. I got near perfect discs out of them. Only complaint was from my grandson who likes eating the domes when I trim them for stacking layers. Says, it didn't leave enough left overs for snacking. ????

Not only for cakes!
I bought these cake pans for baking things like hamburgers, chicken breasts, etc., not for cakes. The ordinary non-stick coated cake pans I previously used for meat only work for a short time before the coating starts to come off and get into the food (even when I don't use a scouring pad to clean them); and they are no good--and unsafe--to use when there is no longer any coating in them because they are made of tin that leaves an off taste when food is cooked in them. -- I bought (uncoated) aluminum pans many years ago when they were still cheap, and have used them for baking cakes, bread, and cookies (as well as meat, even though I don't like to use the same pans for both kinds of food) ever since, and never had a problem. Foods always bake evenly, and the pans are easy to clean and durable. Now I decided to try the new "anodized" aluminum pans even though they are expensive, because it is a waste of money to buy the non-stick ones. I hope to get lots of good long use out of them for baking meat.

Great Cake Tins
The pans are great for cooking but the round labels are fixed to the bottom of the pan with an adhesive that required Xylene solvent to remove without scratching the bottom of the tin. Alcohol did not work.
