hard to find item

I use #4 Phillips bits to drive 6" wood screws for commercial door frames, using an impact driver. The last bit I had broke and needed to find a replacement. I could buy just one bit for 5 bucks so for the price of 4 I got a bulk pack of 10, which is go deal.... I figured I'd break a few, but these are more durable than I expected. I have not broken one yet!

HIGH QUALITY BITS

I had four 3/8 X 16 stainless machine screws with #4 Phillips heads that were frozen in place in a 52 year old Mercruiser outdrive. I welded these bits to the screw heads and then used a 5/16 impact socket and a 16" 3/8 drive ratchet to break them loose. 2 of the screws broke loose and 2 of them twisted off, but not one of these bits broke.
