Watch the Trigger!
Bought to have on hand when I was ready to replace the brakes on my van. Finally did so today. Removed 3 lug nuts with ease. On the 4th the switch locked up in reverse, so I pulled on the forward trigger and it came lose but will no longer power the impact wrench. It was past the return date, but still under warranty, so I contacted Wen and went through the process of trying to get a switch. Up front they warned me to be patient, so I waited 2 weeks beyond the time they were to contact me. A few days later they informed me that they were sending me a new impact wrench and thanked me for my patience. I thought they meant a new switch, but today I received a brand new impact wrench. Now that is customer service!

Strong enough to take off lug nuts!
Some of these negative reviews must have their lug nuts wayyyyy over tightened. This electric impact wrench seems really heavy duty, and easily took off all of my lug nuts. Looks small in the picture but actually is a big heavy tool, I just can't believe it was only $40! I was thinking of buying an air compressor and air impact wrench, but didn't like the idea of those taking up space and having to deal with a long air hose. Super glad I found this handy guy!

So far so good
I was apprehensive after reading some reviews but decided to try it. I used it on several lug nuts on 3 vehicles and they all came off quickly. So far I’m happy. It’s heavy but it has to be for the size motor needed. Plan to replace disc brake on wife’s car this weekend so I will have a much better idea then

It works!
This thing works. Excellent value. I used it while replacing the struts, shocks and outer tie rods on my F150. The only problem I had was that it was difficult to remove the socket. There's a ring that holds the socket in place and that's where the sockets get stuck.

Long time fan of Wen Products
This wrench paid for itself really with the first use getting the blade off my Toro mower. Toro torques them to 60 lbs. Always had WEN products in the garage over the years and have never been disappointed. Most recently an electric chainsaw and a polisher. Didn't hesitate to buy this and I'm not disappointed. Built like a tank and at 1/3 the price of the box store varieties. I'm convinced that other big brand name tools may really be WEN products in disguise.

Torque not adjustable
Work fine for my application to tighten 3/16" bolts, but since the torque is not adjustable I quested how low to hold the power trigger and then hand torqued to the necessary specification.

Works very well
This thing too off and put back on even the hardest of bolts with no problem. One of the best tools I own. It is a little big so it's hard to get into tight spaces though.

Great tool for great price
Bought this about 3 months ago because I am getting old and too lazy to set up my air tools. I've used it a few times to remove wheel lug nuts. No problem at all so far. Works great. I'm not expecting a super tool for under $40. Very pleased. Even includes an extra set of brushes.

Far cheaper then upgrading our compressor & getting an air wrench
Bought this when my husband hit a roadblock with changing out the front axel on our truck. He broke a manual wrench because the bolts just wouldn't break free so we started looking at getting an air wrench. However our compressor was too small to operste one so then we dtarted looking at a new compressor. Once we realized how flipping expensive that would be, we decided to take a chance on this electric wrench. It worked like a dream! Lucked out that it had next day delivery but even without, definitely worth the money!

Buena herramienta
Buena herramienta, el material se ve de buena calidad aunque no es acabado premium, por el precio esta excelente. En cuanto a fuerza le falta un poco para cumplir con lo que viene marcado en la etiqueta por eso le pongo 4 estrellas, pero sirve perfectamente para desmontar los neumáticos. He comprado varias pistolas de impacto neumáticas económicas y ninguna me había dado el resultado de esta; la recomiendo ya que ahorra uno tiempo y esfuerzo.

Excelente, sobre todo por el precio, muy potente. He comprado varias herramientas de esa marca y son muy económicas comparadas con otras marcas,sin descuidar la calidad, la hora de la verdad será cuando haya que comprar refacciones, allí descubriré sí las hay o no en el mercado local, pero por lo pronto el precio que pagué bien vale el uso que me pueda dar

Easy on the knuckles
Second one of these I have owned. Powerful enough for any passenger vehicle lug nuts. Also very useful on seized or rusted bolts.
