Unsealed and used?

Confused. My product arrived unsealed and I’m unsure if that is supposed to be the case. It looks like someone had been using it? As there is a indentation of a finger in the product. What the f. Please give me a refund.

If your hair is fine, this product may be too heavy

Unite is the only conditioner I've found to be strong enough for my wiry hair. If your hair is fine, this product may be too heavy. For my thick course mop, this is the only product that works.

Not the same as the product I purchased in the salon.

I have purchased this product from the salon many times and loved it. The one I ordered from this site smelled the same, but makes my hair really greasy and dull, no matter how much I rinse it. The salon product rinsed clean and made my hair shiny and full of body. I feel like this product was tampered with.
