Solid Soft Serve Machine
Used this machine for several months now, did exactly as you would expect and has most of the features of a bigger machine but this one takes up way less space. Their customer service people are all top notch, they really care about their products and customers!!

Decent soft serve machine.
First off this machine does makes okay soft serve ice cream, the design itself is decent slim and streamline. The machine is very heavy your not gonna wanna move it around a lot, Also it’s pretty loud as it cycles through it’s cooling stages keep that in mind if your gonna put it in your kitchen or something. So here we go with the issues: The first being I spent more on the upgraded version with the cooling above hopper for overnight storage ( In hindsight I would actually never use this feature it’s a waste of money), this thing is a joke no matter the setting I choose for the storage hopper always freeze’s up the product solid within hours (it should just refrigerate it) but before that point I usually get some kind of Alarm, and that leads me to my biggest issue and one that if I can’t resolve I’ll be returning the unit it’s that when your making a batch and it’s been about 1-2hrs even with the longest cycle of 15 min the high voltage alarm goes off, now I’ve read the “instructions” very poor by the way for the value of machine it does suggest to adjust the shift ie: softness of ice creams , so I did this tried both ends of the spectrum still same issue. Tried different mixes, tried several things and still I get this issue. The machine has a tags like most appliances do on the side depicting the rated amps it should draw, it clearly say 10 Amps on the decal however when you go to the one of the menus on the digital screen it’s reporting 13-15Amps at times which is a concern of mine for safety 15amps is approaching the maximum rating for a standard 110V outlet that most people would have configured not to mention that over 5 amps over the MFG rating on the tag that’s 1/3 more. Update: Amazon sent out a complete replacement, this unit seems to be operating much better. No alarms!! and the amperage is staying in check. I’ve revised my rating form 2 to 4 stars. I’ll update if the machine regress’s.

Easy to use...Easy to clean...you will have to watch videos on YouTube because instructions are VERY vague...makes great soft serve though...

Farm property parties will be epic in 2023!!
Bought this for birthday parties, summer pool parties/outdoor movie night's and for holiday get togethers for the grandchildren. I figured the wife and I could test it out for the Super Bowl with some Frostline fat free yogurt mix and it turned out amazing!! Yeah it's heavy and it is a bit noisy but definitely well worth it!! I read all the good and bad reviews and decided to give it a try anyway. I didn't have any issues with understanding the instruction manual but would recommend taking it apart after the initial cleaning to make sure everything is properly lubed. I do have an advantage over the average consumer since my profession is in the beverage industry and regularly work on fountain and frozen drink machines and also can repair any refrigeration or electronics issues that should arise. First mix of 32oz of frostline fat free yogurt and 3ltr of water made well over a 1 1/2 gallons of finished product.

absolutely wonderful machine.
The media could not be loaded. I own my own business and was looking for a way to draw more customers in. This ice cream machine has Been a huge dry because when my customers come in for their service, free soft serve is available for them. The machine has more than paid for itself and I'm so impressed by it. I have to admit I was definitely a little intimidates by this commercial grade machine. It has a narrow design so it's slim but it's heavy. It weighs around 109 lbs. It has a user friendly design though and it's easy to use and surprisingly easy to clean. The ice cream maker has a 5 inch LCD Screen. It displays: number of dispenses hardness current temp of the hopper & cylinder shortage alarm The machine has one-click cleaning and thaw. The machine has a huge capacity and the 1.6 Gal hopper and 1.6 L (0.4 Gal cylinder can produce 12-16L (3.2-4.2Gal) of ice cream per hour. It can dispense 10 servings continuously and up to 200 servings in an hour. Overall, I'm very pleased with this ice cream maker. It suits my needs and I can make delicious, yummy treats that draw my customers to my business !

Excellent product
We've used this machine in a commercial shave ice/soft serve food trailer and have had great luck. It serves our customers delicious pineapple whip & I couldn't be happier with the customer service I've received when I've needed help or has questions. Even though Im across the world, they are prompt to get back to me and help me. I definitely recommend GSEICE.

It says that it is QUIET in the product details. But it is far from quiet!
I'm not sure if I'm going to keep or return it yet. I'm definately not happy with the noise level it produces because I have it in a 12 x 20 building and it makes it difficult to hear. It also produces a great deal of heat, and I'm not sure for those reasons if it will work for me.
