Not 3mil thick
No way these are 3mil thick. I have lots of other size bags that are 3mil. These will work I’m sure, so still get 3 stars only cuz the price was right at $20 but, I’ll be Leary of anything with bones in it. I won’t be buying this brand again, but I’ll use um.

Thinner than 3 mil
I bought many products with 3mil thickness (Vacmaster/Ary is very good), the UltraSource is a lot thinner. It does the job ok but not as thick. I use UltraSource bags only for light stuff. For Sous-vide, I will only use Vacmaster bags

Good value for chamber vacuum sealing
Nice vacuum chamber bags, have had no issues with sealing or leaks.

Be REAL CAREFUL
These seem to be excellent quality bags - nice clear plastic on both sides (no need for reinforcement like on regular vacuum sealer machines we have all used for 30 years). THE PROBLEM with these bags surfaces when you purchase a good quality vacuum chamber machine - the bags NEED THE OPENING on the long edge, not the short edge like used on older types of machines. The chambers seem to be rectangular in shape, on my Anova machine and all the others reviewed. It appears all the bag makers jumped into the vacuum chamber world by just changing the type of the bag and not realizing they are useless most of the time because they are oriented in portrait mode and need to be oriented in landscape mode.

GARBAGE QUALITY Two strikes, and that's all
15 cents a bag is ridiculous for these. They are not 3 mil and the plastic punctures easily if the contents have any "edges" So at least half the bags end up failing, with pinhole leaks Second time ordering this brand and NEVER AGAIN
