I only buy Ziploc
I only buy Ziploc brand. The seals work well and the bags come in a variety of sizes. But remember that if you are storing food in the freezer, use the Ziploc Freezer bags for more durability.

Cannot open seal- rips every time. This is the first time zip locs have been inferior. Every single one without exception is defective.

This item is really good and big, but I was expecting little smaller in size. Make sure the size is what you want before purchase. But, price wise it is good and also good for keeping big item in frozen.

I’m not usually a brand snob…..
I’m not usually a brand snob but sometimes they really are better. For me, this is one of those times. No crazy zippers that don’t seem to close either direction. No flimsy little strips that are impossible to line up much less to get them to close or worse yet stay closed when they are full! Just strong bags that close the first time and that I can depend on them staying closed! I’ve done the math; they are only a penny or two more per bag. For me, they are worth it!

Paper thin, waste of money
Very thin. The first one I used in the freezer was busted in few hours, my diced beetroot all drop over the place and ran down to the bottom of my chest freezer. Another one torn on the top when I tried to move the bag with frozen food in it. I dehydrated lots of fruits and vegetables, a bit crunch food in it would easily poke little holes. These ziploc bags are not the same as those ones bought from the store in the USA. i loved and used lots of Ziploc bag in the past. I am in Australia now, I always ask my husband to buy couple of boxes Of them whenever he has a trip to the USA. It is the first time I bought these bags in amazon Australia. Very disappointed.
