Makes use of a wasted space
This is just what I was looking for to get use of my never used water bottle holder. I need to carry more water than the bottle bracket fits so I always wear a back pack for water. My bottle bracket has been wasted space until this came along! Great use of a wasted space on my bike.

Not good for MTB sized tubes
I bought the Topeak and Epessa bike bottle tool bag at the same time to see which one worked best for my application; an MTB tool, tube, and inflation holder. The Topeak construction was good. The zipper pull tab nicely velcor'd to the case when zipped shut. How did things fit? The case was too small for a 29" tube, a Crank Brothers multi tool and an Co2 inflation device. The inner divider took up too much room so it was set aside. Things still didn't fit. The Epessa E3 fit all items without issue.

secure and roomy bottle cage storage
great product, and it's held up to my commute for the last month holding my phone, spare tube, and mini first aid kit. this thing will hold a 5" screen phone (i've got android htc m9), it fits snug in the bottom half under the divider. I'm able to fit a mini first aid kit (just bandaids, wipes, and neosporin) under the phone, then my tube in the top half, and my keys sit in the top pocket of the divider. works great, no rattle because it's a semi-soft case and everything fits snug. the zipper is very sturdy - my phone pushes the limit of what can be carried inside, but the zip has never shown signs of coming apart even though it's pushed outward a bit. i carry a 700x28 tube and the fit is very snug, if you have 30+ you might find it hard to wedge in there... there is also a depression on the outside so it catches the top rear lip of most bottle cages, this holds the container in the cage very securely. i cover some gravel and bumps along my commute and this thing has never popped out (don't think i'd try it downhill mountain biking, but most road bikers should be secure). overall i'm very happy with the case, keeps the heavy items out of my jersey pockets for a more comfortable ride. definitely recommend this item.

Nice Storage Pack for Anyplace a Water Bottle will Fit
I really like this little pack. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is a biking accessory, but I bought it for hiking. I wanted something to carry a few emergency supplies in one convenient place. I can pack this and store it in the outer water bottle holster of my pack. If I need it, it's handy, no need to rummage around in the pack. I've tried it in several packs and bottle cage. It seems to fit them all. I may use it on the bike for its original purpose. It will probably hold an emergency repair kit. But, as has been pointed out by other reviewers, a seat pack or jersey pocket will do this as well without taking up a bottle cage.

Great Alternative
My new tail light/camera forced me to move my spare tube & tools elsewhere. Since I had two water bottle cages, the CagePak was the perfect solution.

Very light weight.
I like the functionality of this bag. Sits in a unused waterbottle cage. Good for carrying keys and other items. Between this and my saffle bag. I no longer need a small backpack. Would be nice if it was made out of Cordoura instead of the lightweight material its made from.

My preferred way of carrying a flat kit
Keeps you repair kit organized and is much better then using the bottle style which requires you to dump out the whole bottle to get to the things you need. I have mine in a gorilla cage so it's less likely to get launched. I'm able to squeeze in 2 tubes, 2 levers 3 co2 cartridges, inflator, spare battery for my power meter, disposable gloves, and wipes

A clever but not perfect solution.
It's too small to carry my multi tool, tire levers, CO2 inflator and tube. Everything fits except the tube. A 26" tube MAY fit and in all fairness, I run a 27.5+. It's well made and fits the bottle cage snuggly. -1 star for not holding the tube.
