Not For Me

Product arrived dented but was minor so kept it. After several uses, sifter became unsanitary since flour was trapped between 2 filters which I could not remove by flushing and soaking. Tried removing one metal filter and ended up with all mechanisms falling out and I was unable to "rebuild" it. Sifter was attractive and worked fine until my attemts to sanitize. I am now using a single filter sifter
