Could be sturdier, but still works well

Overall I'd say these function very well for the price. Easy to use and basically do their job. You would need something sturdier if you really want consistent, professional results, but this gets you 95% of the way there. If you really want the cubes to come out with perfect 90 degree angles, I would look for something with thicker walls between the cubes, and especially a sturdier bottom. The side walls of the tray are fine. The walls in between individual cubes are flimsier and can move around a bit, although once the tray has been filled with water they stay in place more often than not. The bottom of the tray is really thinner than it should be though. I believe it is that way in order to make pushing the frozen cubes out easier, but often the bottom edge of the cubes will come out slightly curved/convex. Maybe if the freezer surface you put it on was perfectly flat, and you weighed down the top of the tray with something flat, to push back against the ice expanding, the cubes would come out better. In the product photos, look at the last top down view of the trays. This is an actual undoctored photo of the product, the rest of the images are rendered to look perfect.

Large cubes and sturdy, much better than I thought they would be!

I don't write many reviews but these ice trays are excellent! Coming from someone who grew up with metal ice trays that had the lever to break the ice from the tray, these are far superior. They make 15 large cubes per tray which are much bigger than the blue Sterilite 13 cube plastic trays that have reduced the number of cubes produced due to cracking, sticking and slots becoming unusable over time. My advise is you buy two sets as they are 2/3 the size of normal trays, I purchased the gray set at $13.55. Surprisingly, they take a lot of water to fill which means they will take longer to freeze because again, the cubes are huge. The tray is way more sturdy than you would think, not flimsy at all . Also, when you are ready to release the cubes, let them thaw for about a minute. You will need to push them out of the tray individually but well worth the effort and it gets easier as you get used to them.

Too hard to get the ice cubes out

I kept these but leave it to my son to remove the ice cubes. They make nice large square ice cubes that look great but too much time spent trying to remove them I won’t buy these again and moving forward will make sure my future purchases are lower profile at least

So happy I got these!

Was skeptical at first based on reviews, but sooo happy with them. Easy to remove if you push one ice cube out at a time from the bottom starting along the edge. Or if you’d take the gray out for a couple minutes, then they slip right out! The tray itself smells a bit like silicone because that’s what it’s made of, but the ice cubes smell and taste fine. No weird flavor or smell. Just ice! Highly recommend!!

Perfect ice cubes and so easy to remove from tray!

These ice cubes are great! They just pop out of the tray with a touch on the bottom, of the tray. And each cube is perfectly shaped. So tired of dollar store plastic trays, no fuss, no fighting, these trays are super. They don't take up a lot of room in the freezer either.

Stubborn waxy film means I can’t gift it

I bought these as a gift I can’t gift them because they have some sort of waxy chemical film/residue that doesn’t even come off in the dishwasher.

Es fácil retirar los hielos, solo hay que presionar por abajo y listo. Al presionar, no se salen los otros hielos
