Very Usable Toaster

Like this toaster. Have used it to make both toasted bread and toasting Bagels. Easy to use, decent clean-ability, and looks good on the kitchen counter if you want to keep it out. Would recommend this toaster

Cadillac of toasters?

I've had such bad luck with slow-cooking toasters thought this more $$$ toaster might do better - this one really cooks in about the same time as my last Cuisinart. Quality of the unit and toast quality is fine. One annoyance is from where I have to keep it on the counter, it's hard to see the bagel, etc. buttons behind the lever and large release button. Overall, I'm happy with it but not sure it's worth the hefty price tag.

Well, it was great until it wasn’t!!

About ONE year to day that I purchased the toaster, one set (side) of heating coiled aren’t working. No place to send it back to have it replaced/repaired. Not sure it was worth the extra expense for a higher-end toaster.

Not worth the $$$

The $100 toaster works fine. Does everything you want it to. The problem is that my $20 toaster does the same thing for a lot less $$$. I use my old toaster that I bought for $20 for years almost everyday. I thought an upgrade would be great! Get the job done faster, evenly toasted, etc. BUT NO!! the $20 cheap model can hang with the expensive model. Save your money, but the cheapo.

This is a great toaster

I read most of the reviews about this toaster and the one issue that came to me, "tired of replacing toasters with more inadequate toasters." So, I bought this toaster and it is great! It does everything that people say it does. It toasts like no other, the bagels are great. I guess the only down fall? It is long. I use to have my smaller toaster in a kitchen drawer, and made room for this long one, but I got tired of digging it out of the drawer and I have it on the counter beside the coffee maching. I wouldn't change though for a smaller one.

Excellent Toast and Bagels Every Time

Love this toaster! Make sure you put on highest setting and do it 4-5 times to prime it when you first get it. Also, I like that the outside stays cool to the touch while in operation. Highly recommend!

If it is a cool touch because most of the toaster's housing/ casing get very hot.

I specifically bought this toaster ( after returning two others) because it was advertised as " cool touch" which is IS NOT, at a number 4 setting on both sides. It gets hot, so I am very disappointed. It's very sturdy but the dials seem flimsy. I am didappointed that there is no "cancel" button. Size and look are very good. Nice finish. Toasts evenly on both sides; quiet pop up. I like the pull out crumb trays and good snap in feature. Definetly not "cool touch" and I am wondering if I will keep it. It should be "as specified". Very pricy for a toaster but I was fed up searching for a "cool touch" toaster that was of inferior quality.

Can toast my bread well

I read other reviews and this is why I got this toaster. They were not wrong - overall a sleek looking toaster and it works well. I have had the odd toast come out less toasty that I would like and so I am looking for the right setting, but overall, I am happy with this toaster. It came in great packaging and was easy to register for warranty etc. I like the width of the slots and the fact it can take longer pieces of bread - yeh!

Garbage

I bought this product in October 2021 and it ceased working in April 2022. It is under warranty but Zwilling told me to send it in and wait 3 months for a replacement. So I go without toast for 3 months or buy a cheap toaster in the meantime and then have two? Terrible overpriced appliance. Do not buy.
