Purchase these for my elderly mother, needing lightweight, wrist and ankle resistance for exercise and rehab. Pretty good value and saves a trip to Walmart… Would recommend.

Good value for the money
I got these one-pound each weights for my ankles to help prepare for a hiking trip, and I've been wearing them non-stop.. At first they irritated me a bit, but with the strap around the back of my ankle, I don't even know I'm wearing them. I may move up to 2 lbs in a month from now. I recommend! (PS I am a small-boned woman, with skinny ankles - I don't know how well these would work on a more average-sized or large person. I also haven't tried them out on my wrists, as I bought them purely for my ankles.

Pleased overall, but I had expected the weights to be flatter and a bit longer to encircle the ankle. .Not a big issue and certainly not a negative...just my not reading the specs carefully

Exactly as pictured
Exactly as pictured. Arrived on time. Packaged nicely. Nice, simple, set of ankle weights. I use them on my ankles, during my daily walk, and hopefully will start to see some changes in my legs within the next months. No complaints & I would recommend.

Great price.
Very surprised at the quality of this product for the price. They are well sewn together so they are quite durable and wont fall apart. Kind of a neoprene like material with sand inside-but it doesn't move around or shift and these wont puncture easily or leak. There is a metal loop and you feed a Velcro strap through it, so they are fully adjustable to size. I am female and could use them on ankles and wrists. You get 2 in the box. I am not sure how you could wash these if they get dirty or sweaty. I think just one pair per person to be hygienic and spot clean. and would probably have to repurchase if they become very dirty over time. They are very light-just 1 lb each. But I am a beginner and they help add a bit of resistance during my at home workouts at this time.

Good light weights
Easy-enough to put on and not uncomfortable. The velcro straps on mine seem quite long - not sure why others had problems. I do have small wrists and average size ankles though. My only issue is they are too light - would be good if the company offered 2 or 3 pound versions.

Power with the ankle weight!
My first time ever using the ankle weight in my aquatic workout. I gradually got used to it after a couple exercises and found them helpful for the leg positioning. I begin to feel my ankles getting stronger since a week ago!
