Ruffles and roses....
This dress is really nice with navy and off white roses....has a lining and very dressy.....can wear on a date, girls night out, church, and etc......

Not worth it
This dress is a pain to get on and off, with the zipper frequently getting stuck, the tie-strings getting knotted, and the inner layer getting bunched up. It's also not true to size (way too tight) and the material is itchy. Additionally, there could have easily been placed a couple of pockets where the lower 'ruffles' are, all without taking away from the aesthetic appeal (they'd be barely noticeable against the design), making the dress much more practical, but alas...
