Perfect mat for exercising

I recently purchased a walking pad for my desk and wanted a mat to place under it. This mat checked all my requirements - thick to protect my wood floors, quality material to withstand constant moving of rolling the walking pad on/off without any struggle going from floor to mat, flexible to roll it up for storage, lightweight to move around as needed, and good cushioning for my workout exercises instead of having a separate yoga mat.

Durable but strange smell

I have been using this mat for a few weeks now and can say I really like it! Its thick enough to do my workouts on and does not slip on my floors. The only con so far is that it has a very strange smell, I assume it's the materials it's made from. Not a huge deal breaker and I'm hoping a little wash down and it will get rid of it for the most part. Likely not an issue if you are using this under equipment. Will be buying another one to use under treadmill!

Durable and portable

I needed a durable mat for outdoor, weighted, rope-jumping. This mat is not getting torn up by the 1-lb rope that I prefer. The mat protects my rope and provide a bit of padding when I jump. The mat is light enough to transport and set up easily.

Great for the Treadmill

I ordered this mat to put under my treadmill to protect carpet. This mat is plenty big for the treadmill. The mat rolled out nicely and is thick enough to protect my carpet. So far so good, seems like a high quality mat.

Great mat for under the Peloton treadmill!

Great mat for under the Peloton treadmill. Great quality and very sturdy. It also came packaged nicely and didn't curl once laid out like some mats I've seen. I definitely recommend this for under treadmills or any workout machine. Also, no squeaking noises or weird smells once unpackaged.

Durable and comfortable.

We've had this mat underneath a Bowflex PR1000 for approximately 3 weeks and it is holding up quite nicely - not to mention the size is perfect. It appears to be very durable yet still very comfortable on your feet. Material provides excellent grip and is very easy to simply wipe clean with a damp cloth if necessary. The product comes rolled and does require a little more than a day to fully "relax".

Very Good Trainer/Exercise Mat @ An Affordable Price

Very good mat for exercise equipment (e.g. bike trainer). It is long and wide enough for most exercise equipment while many others are a bit too narrow. Good durability but be careful with bike shoe cleats that protrude from the bottom of cycling shoes as they may cut the foam. I use mountain bike SPD pedals which are flat. Consider placing a towel on the mat if using SPD-SL road cleats. You probably want a towel under the bike to absorb sweat anyways. Foam mat is thick enough to make it an excellent option to use for on-floor exercises (e.g. sit-ups). Recommended.

Mejor que el de los de yoga y rompecabezas!

No es tan grueso pero si te va a proteger las rodillas (yo ya tuve previo al tapete una lesión de rodilla y no he resentido esa lesión), si de plano no te las protege es por que estas haciendo algo mal, esta perfecto para todo tipo de ejercicios y su tamaño hace que tengas suficiente espacio para burpees y saltos laterales, además de que esta cosa pareciera que no se desliza ni aunque le eches aceite al piso!!. Le he puesto encima barras paralelas, escalones para ejercicio, la he super maltratado y con un manguerazo o pasandole el trapeador queda como nueva, tengo ya una desde hace como cuatro años y acabo de comprar otra para mi novia para que ya le eche más ganas y no culpe al tapete de yoga por que se mueve y no se te va a separar como los de rompecabezas que con el tiempo se empiezan a aflojar las pestañas donde se conectan.

Me gustó mucho!

Me decidí por este tapete para cambiar el que tuve por varios años porque ya se le habían hecho hoyos por el peso del aparato de ejercicio. Le quedó muy bien de largo y ancho, además está más grueso de lo que esperaba y de muy buen material. Estoy muy contenta con la compra. Lo recomiendo mucho.
