Great But A Huge Boot (Too Wide For Me)

These boots are massive !!! I ordered a size 12 standard width. The length of the boot was great but, the width was too wide. My foot would slide from side to side especially on any incline. I work outdoors in the California foothill with lots of steep terrain. Every time I tried to climb up (walk) a steep embankment my feet would slip from side to side inside the boots. I tried tightening the laces as much as possible but it just wasn't enough. If you've ever worn a boot that's too wide you'll understand its uncomfortable & can be painful. I can see why the boot is so wide these have to be the biggest pair of boots I've ever seen. I stood almost 2.5inches higher in these. And the toes section of the boot, just looking at it from the outside it was HUGE. I've never seen a boot so bulky like this. They look great, the option on the boot are great ( water proof, Insolated, steel toe, ETC ). Understand I'm 40years old I've been wearing boots like this all my life. The boot was so Massive I was tripping over curbs and high steps, I just wasn't able to adapt to their size of them fast enough. You cant be out working with boots that cause you pain and could cause you to trip and get hurt. These boots have every possible option you would want on a boot - Insolated, water proof, composite toe, Great traction, thick rugged construction and more. But wow are these boots HUGE. Even though the length was a great fit there was too much extra room inside the boot. They just didn't work for me I had to send them back - Amazon was great about it, they sent me a return label for the boots and are sending me a different pair that I picked out. Even after I wore the boots for 4 days at work.

Love these boots I tried these on in a store (bootbarn) and was amazed at the comfort I have bought these boots a second time online because they are just that awesome ! I wore the sole of the first pair out after a year and a half which was fine considering I wore them 10 hrs a day The leather and stitching is extremely tough I thrash them on site in mud and concrete regularly but I do clean them and I oil my boots regularly with mink oil to maintain them I watch alot of people on site keep wearing other brands even though they Crack and split on the seals and feel sorry for them These timberland pro boots have really impressed me and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody

These are the best boots I have ever owned! I bought this pair for my son who is also in construction. They are not too warm when working and toasty when not. They are waterproof and are composite toe. I wear a wide but the regular size fits perfect. Super fast shipping. Product as described. Thank you Amazon and Timberland!

Good Boot

So far another great boot, I've been wearing timberlands pro series since 2006 and there's never been an issue. If there has they've akaays rectified it immediately. Over the years their pro series just gets better and better. FYI, as a hydro excavation operator I live in the water, feet haven't gotten wet yet.
