Cute,but…

A nice flip flop if you can accept the straps don’t stay tightened. I needed them to stay tight. I used Gorilla glue. Problem solved.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Exactly what I was looking for! I’ve been wearing the full strap Teva hiking sandals nearly everyday for over 5 years and have worn them to death. I was leaving the ankle straps unvelcro’d so it was easier to slip on and off, they looked ragged and faded and the soles were starting to separate. I wanted to find a similar sandal with the same arch support, footbed, heel cupping and comfort in a more presentable shoe that was easy to slip on and off. This shoe is perfect! Teva tends to run a bit narrow which is ideal for me and these stay on brilliantly even on light hikes. They stay on great even without adjusting the straps because the straps come up onto the foot enough. I did recently try to tighten the straps to see if it made a difference and if the adjustment would hold and it has so far. But it’s not really necessary, they feel very secure even loose. And wow they look great! I wish Amazon had the brown ones in stock in my size, I would love to have another color as well. These are absolutely true to size, I wear a 9.5 and it fit perfectly, it’s not in UK sizing. I posted pictures Side by side of my beloved raggedy old hiking sandal next to these new stunners to show how the footbed and arch is essentially the same.

Sizes advertised are UK sizes, not US sizes!

Amazon, you usually know me so well. You suggested a size 9 for me, which I ordered. It is a UK size 9, which means a US size 7. I will return and re-order, as they are nice flips.

High arches? Plantar fasciitis? Get these sandals!

I love these sandals so much, I bought a second pair. So comfortable, I can easily walk in these all day and not have sore feet. I pretty much lived in these all last summer, wore them in the house and out. I have high arches and a history of plantar fasciitis and these are awesome. My only complaint is that they don’t come in a variety of colors, I’d love to have more options than black or brown.

Knock offs or new material ? NOT Teva Quality!

I live in Tevas. For 15 years they are all I wear year round. I have purchased this style/model in the past & really love it, BUT these were hard, unpliable stuff.. Is this the new recycled material composition tevas or are they knock offs ? They are not at all Teva quality. there is absolutely no give, no cushioning in the foot bed at all. sending them back. I recommend you buy in a store only so you can try them on first to know you what you are getting. Update: I purchased directly from Teva & got the same hard sandal. I purchased new from another on line source & found the same thing; even in the Verra sandal. am going to have to look for another brand

Do NOT return these sandals yet

When the sandals first arrived I thought they were horrible, couldn’t get them tight enough without strap dragging the ground and the strap would not stay in place…walked around the house and was going to return but the next morning I put them on to walk to the other end of my house but did not tighten strap at all. I realized they fit my feet and were more comfortable than tightening the strap. I continue to wear them and have actually ordered another pair. I love them and would definitely recommend.

UK size not US

The size chart and listing shoes US sizes but purchase is for UK size. Otherwise the tiny shoe I received looked and felt like a good sandal.
