Good for wicking away your sweat when it’s cold out.

Good for when you are working hard and sweating so the sweat gets wicked away from your body.

Warm. Soft. Could be slightly better.

I'm 6' 1" 160lbs with long arms. The layer is made with good, soft and comfortable materials. It truly retains the body heat and provides warmth in the cold winter days. In fact I wear it almost everyday. It is not a winner though and here is why. You will find the sleeves a bit short if you have long arms. I find my self pulling them forward toward my hands frequently through the day. The frontline of the neck goes a bit too high by design and presses uncomfortably against your throat. It not too much to be uncomfortable to wear, yet it is noticeable. The more you wear it the more you don't notice it, yet you are aware of it. I also have a Pearl Izumi base layer. Pearl Izumi is simply superior and excellent in every way. Because of that, I would not go Terramar again though I'm pleased with it. But while I would give Terramar 78 out of 100, I would give Pearl Izumi 100 out of 100. I would recommend therefore the Pearl Izumi thermal long sleeve base layer.

I Love these thermals.

I am a female but I buy men's thermals because they are made so much better. I am 5"6 1/2 110 pounds and ordered mediums. I usually have to take in the waist but the length is great. I wear these all year round and have found that they are so worth the money. I have cheaper Walmart thermals and they are "trash" in comparison. I would highly recommend these if you want a well-made product that really does keep you warm.

Medium tall for the win

My husband is a true medium tall and it is a hard size to find. As he is slender, he also gets cold easily. He loves this layer, the fit, the warmth, the comfort. I just need more colors.

Make sure you understand the new numbering system! I ordered what I thought was the same as always but it was as thick as a sweatshirt. I then ordered a #1 and it was paper thin. Through trial and error. I guess my old style was a #2. Big waste of two orders

Even at highway speed it keeps me nice and toasty with them under my shirt and riding ...

I ride a motorcycle throughout the year, even in the winter. It is currently 40F out and windy most days. Even at highway speed it keeps me nice and toasty with them under my shirt and riding jacket.. Fit nice and snug, not super tight, but definitely not loose. Washed them and are still the same size. As a tall guy, 6'7", I wish they were a bit longer in the arm, but my gloves cover the exposed wrist area. Sometimes wear them indoors under a pair of pants, and they don't get too hot, and even when warm, they breathe well enough that I don't get moist or sticky. Seems very durable, been wearing a set everyday on the way to work for over a month.
