Cat toy
My cats enjoy for the most part. I like that the ball lights up. But for that to work, it has to be hit hard enough or just on the right spot. Which the cats don't have that kind of power. So it never lights up for them. Still. Cute.

Great toy, terrible packaging
The media could not be loaded. Seems people complain about the size, but it's in the listing and specifically why I chose this toy. Caring for a couple of kittens (Savannahs, no less) who are caged overnight, I was looking for stimulation small enough to fit inside. The cage is huge, but this particular style of toy in "normal" size takes a larger footprint than necessary for kittens. The flashing, spinning ball, slight rocking and cardboard center were a hit with both of them (vid). The ball should be more sensitive to activate the light. Their kitten energy got it to flash every so often, but I have to give it a decent shake to activate it. Because the toy IS small and the cage large, I ordered a second so they'd each have one. WELL.... the first of these was a bit of a mess to extract from the packaging due to the overzealous application of glue affixing the paper label to the cardboard center ???? The second was just impossible (pics). I tried to flip the cardboard piece over but it's solid on the opposite side, which makes no sense. I returned and opted not to replace.

Ok but not great
For some reason the label was hot glued to the cardboard. It took forever trying to pick it all off and gave up leaving a chunk. I thought maybe it could be flipped over since it didn’t make much sense that they would do that but that was not the case. It’s flat cardboard on the bottom so don’t try otherwise you can’t get it back in and it’s left looking a bit trashy. It does not suction and doesn’t have suction on the bottom but that doesn’t really matter to me or my cat. My cat loves it and plays with it I just think it looks trashy and cheap now that I have destroyed it trying to fix it. A coaching for the manufacturer, just don’t hot glue-use sticky instead.

It's great except...
This product is great my cats love it! The only draw back it when it arrives the instructions are glued to the scratcher. I had to cut out part of it before I gave it to my kids. My kids still love it but I was slightly disappointed about the glue.

It's smaller than I thought, but most likely my fault for not checking dimensions? Regardless, my cat loves it. And the light up ball has me behaving like my cat. Ha!

Very, very small! Made for miniature cats???
I don’t understand how you can call this a cat scratcher, maybe for miniature cats!!! I guess you can see by the picture, there’s a small cat water bowl right next to the “scratcher”. My size 7 ladies slipper, right next to the cat “scratcher!” This particular cat scratcher is 1/3 the size of our normal cat scratchers with the turbo wheel. I can’t imagine where I would ever find the replacements for this, not that I want to.
