Pinkfresh Studio Pop Out Diagonal Stripe Stamp

How Laura Fadora used this in a video, prompting my purchase of this stamp, I will never know. She made it look ridiculously easy, thus the power of editing, I suppose. It was a comedy of errors for me to barely squeak out one small background from this. I removed it from the packaging, got it all set up, realized I had to remove the attached stripes from the border and separate them. After all that, the border no longer stays rectangle, and wouldn’t stay stuck to my MISTI door. The stripes also stuck to everything except what I wanted them to stick to. My project did not come out looking like what I had in mind at all. How you remove one or two stripes without messing everything up, I didn’t figure out. Once you pull the stripes out to separate them, it is next to impossible to get them all back in, as they came out. I couldn’t return this thing fast enough!
