My third pair

Good quality, fair price, fit well

not worth the $$ and terrible customer service

My doctor recommended Spenco to help cushion the ball of my foot. He told me to check with their customer service on the models that provide the best ball of foot cushioning. I find these innersoles of average comfort and they provide some cushioning for the ball of my foot, but not more than the pharmacy brands which are much cheaper. I contacted Spenco customer service (actually Implus, which acquired Spenco in 2016) through their website, identified about 5 models based on website descriptions, and asked them a few questions plus which would provide most cushioning for my problem. It took them 7 days to respond, saying all would work about the same, and to ask my “physician for further assistance.” They did not answer the specific questions. I replied that it was my doctor who told me to ask their advice, and that he doesn’t have the answers because he is not the manufacturer. Haven’t heard from them since…

Not that good!

Long wait for delivery and appeared a good product. Fell apart very quickly. Really optimistic as I know of Spenco through my nursing job, it's difficult enough getting things to fit size 14+ but for them to fall apart within a few weeks was frustrating. I'd think twice about ordering this item.

Not worth the air miles

Shipped all the way from the United States for some reason. Does no-one in Europe make decent Insoles? Apart from that a decent enough set of insoles for the price.
