Heavy Duty

Have used this (grey, heavy) band for a few weeks as pull up assist and it seems to be extremely well made and has a lot of resistance. I have used it for other exercises, and its great. If you double it up, its a hell of a lot of force. So far I am very pleased and look forward to finding even more uses for this band. Theres cheaper options, but you get what you pay for. I do not want a band of this magnitude to snap in my face or worse places...... well worth the $

highest quality, worth the money

I see other bands like this broken on the floor of our building's gym. this is top quality from what I have experienced so far, recommend for anyone getting serious about upping their pull up count.

This is a thicker, stronger and trusted product in sporting good i know. I tried lot of different bands from Target to Dick’s. This one is the best. Everyone must’ve one.

Durable and strong

It’s great. I’m an independent personal trainer and a weightlifting athlete; always training and practicing shoulder and hip mobility and flexibility. I’ve stretched this band to it’s max, I’ve be able to get into every position I need to without hesitation or complaints about band integrity.

Assists with pull ups

I use it to assist me with pull ups. I'm 5 ft 2 in tall, and weigh less than 140 lbs. I can't do a full pull up unassisted, so this helps me do at least 2 full pull ups back to back. I know this will help me to achieve my fitness goal of doing pull ups unassisted. Durable product.

Provides a lot of resistance for a "light" band

This product works great. But, if you're in only OK shape, I would be careful that this "light" band already provides a lot of resistance! I definitely would go for this one over the higher resistance bands sold by this company.

Same quality as that used at my Gym

Extremely sturdy and comes with a tiny handy booklet with exercises. It is better than the junk at the Gym

Very good resistance band but a bit stiff.

Awesome and consistent.

This thing is no joke. I've used it for heavy lifting for months and there is no sign that it will tear! Tension has also held up well. Of course, you gotta really make sure that any exercise bands are well cared for. I don't use it with sneakers and always shield it with cloth where it rubs against my door anchor, etc. If you take good care of it, this will be quite useful! But it is expensive; hence the one star deduction.

Stiff at first but wears in.

Been using it for a couple of weeks. When I first got it, it was really stiff but after about 1-2 weeks, it became really elastic and is a really great product. No complaints.
