BEST MOUTHGUARD ON THE MARKET
Just make sure, when fitting, to use fingers to push it in, suck in with tongue on roof of mouth, and leave in for 5-10 minutes. When done correctly, fits much better than any other mouthguard I've ever tried, and allows for easy communication.

Protect your teeth!
Great guard that allows for easier breathing and talking while wearing it. Took time off from using these but back to it and just going to stick to these for BJJ training.

Seems Good
This thing was so difficult to comfortably mold. Take advantage of the selective adjustments you can do to get a perfect fit. I use this for Muay Thai and it seems okay enough. I get worried about how small it is, but I haven't had any problems with it in sparring.

Great product, but if you don't need this thickness, get the thinner option
We loved the standard SISU so much, we got this and 2 more for both of our children who participate in karate. This is a good product, but has the downsides one would expect for a thicker product: 1) Fitting this one was a lot harder. It took several tries, and even a few partial heat-ups to truly fit it properly. It was even harder for the kids, and we still need to get our son's to fit better. This was not a problem with the normal SISU, but is obviously a symptom of the thicker guard. 2) It makes talking more difficult than the regular, which is more like a traditional mouth guard. Again, this is simply a symptom of the extra thickness, and I will emphasize that it is still much better than most mouth guards for being able to speak and breathe. Great product, and the critiques above are all with that in mind. If you are used to traditional mouth guards, this will blow you away. Breathing and talking are WAY easier with this on. SISU has made an excellent product here, regardless of which version you need. If you do full-contact, this is the only one SISU will guarantee to protect you. Check out their list of which of their products are appropriate for what. If you don't need this, get the thinner version and be even happier with you money. Now that I've gotten all of that out of the way: no matter which SISU you choose, you will probably be a satisfied customer!

Saved my teeth while playing airsoft. I fully recommend!
So, although these are pretty thick, and it's kinda hard to talk with them in, it's completely worth it for airsoft! I used to use a mesh mask, but I switched to these and it changed the way I play. I could breathe easier, my face felt fine, and I could aim! While out playing I took several shots to my lips and teeth, but thanks to my mouthguard, my teeth are perfectly fine! I fully recommend these things. I'm not sure if the regular sisu protects the same, as it's kinda tough to talk in these, and a lot of your words come out as if you have a mouth full of food. So if the regular is able to protect your teeth just as well, I'd recommend that one over this. But this thing is a life saver, and I love it! Thanks sisu!

Great in theory
I found it difficult to get a good fit with this mouthguard. It took me ~12 times through the fitting process to get it right and that included having to redo portions of the mouthguard that were tricky to mold correctly. This isn’t to say it’s impossible to get a good fit, there’s just a learning curve. I would wear the mouthguard for around 1 to 1.5 hours at a time and each time when I removed it, my teeth would ache like they’d used to when I had my braces adjusted. I tried refitting the mouthguard for a looser fit and that didn’t help. I ended up ditching the sisu and going to my dentist for a professionally fitted mouthguard (they did an imprint of my teeth and made a custom mouthguard). It wasn’t much more expensive than this one, the quality was noticeably better, and the fit is great. All in all I’d recommend avoiding this sisu mouthguard and getting a better quality one fitted by professionals.

No cushioning and difficult to mold
Not a fan of this mouthguard. Bought it for the great reviews and decent price but had difficulty getting the molding right in terms of tightness and orientation. Upon molding, the front-middle gets crimped and creates a bulge, which my lip would probably get caught up on if hit to the face. Easy to breathe with for sure but it does not offer any sort of cushioning and simply feels like I have hard plastic to my teeth. Will be looking for a different mouthguard instead.

Just what I needed
Bought this to wear whilst playing rugby. Amazing! I really struggled to talk with the chunky boil and bite mouth guards in and they felt uncomfortable but this one is perfect. So thin and comfortable, I can shout plays and talk without a lisp and even drink with it on. 10/10, recommended to all my teammates and recommend to anyone reading this too, worth the investment

Perfect for BJJ
Fits really well and I've been using it for BJJ. You can talk alright after wearing it and it does not restrict your breathing. I haven't been hit in the face yet so can't really comment on whether it would hold up. Perfect balance for BJJ though!

Nice mouth guard
Loved this mouth guard. I like the way you can remould it. Only gave 4 stars because it didn’t come with a box to store it in and I accidentally threw it away. Gone but never forgotten.

Easy to remould.
This mouth guard is great. You can drink, you can breath better, you can talk and people can actually understand you. I have a habit of grinding my teeth and one of my bottom teeth put a ridge in the guard and it was cutting my bottom lip. Tossed the mouth guard in a bowl of hot water and remoulded it. The sharp ridge was gone and it was like new again. No marks from my teeth from grinding.

Fight tested, worked perfectly.
This took me 12 times to mold correctly. But now that I have finally got it right I absolutely love it. I do Muay Thai and have used this in a fight already. Felt amazing, and I can't complain about support or protection. I could drink and breathe in between rounds without taking it out.
